If i have both multiplelightning pass& single lightning passes for use on the top rides what is the order of rides to book in MK & Epcot.I would want to start with rides at the entrance and go further. Is there any guide to this for 8-10 yrs

Hi Maninder, welcome to planDisney! When it comes to using both Lightning Lane Single Pass and Lightning Lane Multi Pass (paid services), your choices will really depend on your family's preferences at Walt Disney World. These tools can help you maximize your time in the parks and reduce wait times for popular attractions.

Here’s a potential strategy for booking rides typically popular with families.

At Magic Kingdom Park, I recommend using the Lightning Lane Single Pass for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and TRON Lightcycle / Run - two of the park’s most popular attractions. Our eldest especially likes to ride TRON at night, and you can select the time here.

For other attractions, you can use Lightning Lane Multi Pass. You can reserve three rides in advance. I suggest starting with Peter Pan’s Flight, followed by Space Mountain in Tomorrowland and Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Once you’ve checked into your first Multi Pass Lightning Lane, you can book additional ones subject to availability. You could consider Jungle Cruise, located near Pirates of the Caribbean, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad - always a family favourite.

For EPCOT, use a Lightning Lane Single Pass for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, as it’s one of the top attractions and totally worth the hype.

With the Multi Pass Lightning Lane, I recommend reserving Frozen Ever After, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and Soarin’ Around the World (since Test Track will be closed during your visit).

It’s a good idea to chat with your family about their top must-do rides and tailor your bookings to their preferences. And remember, standby queues are available for nearly all attractions, so if something catches your interest on the day, you can always check the wait times and hop in line. Remember to take some time to view the parades and dine at some of the fabulous offerings available.

Maninder, once you’re in the parks, navigating the Lightning Lane system becomes second nature, and you’ll find it straightforward. Having a basic plan beforehand will help you make the most of your time and enjoy all the magic. If you need anything else, feel free to reach out to us at planDisney!
