    My pass was not being paid and now is cancelled how do I renew it or purchase a new one.

    Welcome to planDisney. Being annual passholders has been a great investment for our family since we travel to Walt Disney World so frequently. There are also many great perks that come with being a pass holder, and I would like to share a few with you. Before we do, let’s see if we can answer your question and get you on your way to being one again.

    Oke doke, if it has been less than 30 days since your pass was canceled, you may be able to renew it by calling Guest Services and seeing what they can do for you. If that isn't an option, you can purchase a new one-line. You can find all of the current offers available to you on the Annual Passholder Program page. There are lots of options available right now that might work for you, such as a monthly payment plan that seems to be super popular and convenient for some. I tried to determine if you could purchase your pass in the My Disney Experience app, but it currently asks that you purchase on the Walt Disney World website. 

    Alright, now let's review some of the amazing benefits that go along with being a pass holder. If you decide to drive to the resort, you will receive standard parking at the included parks. Everyone loves discounts, and being a passholder means getting discounts on dining, merchandise, events & entertainment, and sports & recreation. We love passholder-exclusive items such as trading pins, shirts, and tumblers. Be sure to check out the passholder BUZZ section of the My Disney Experience app for the latest passholder news and information. In fact, the latest passholder magnet was just released, featuring characters from Toy Story.
