We are pass holders. When I try to make a reservation August 4 it says invalid tickets. I can make a reservation For August 14th just fine but any day or park on the week of the 4th says invalid passes. There ARE passholder days available. So now what?

    Hi Kristine!

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder myself, I am happy to be able to assist you! When I read your question, the first thing that came to mind was the type of Annual Pass you may have and the blockout dates for the Annual Passes. If you have the Silver Pass or the Weekday Select Pass, these are blocked out until August 6th. You can make reservations beginning August 7th. If you have the Gold Pass, Platinum Pass or Platinum Plus, you should be able to make reservations for August 4th (if these dates have reservations available). You can verify the type of Annual Pass you have by logging in to your My Disney Experience App on your mobile device and select "Tickets and Passes" under your profile. There you should also be able to see the blockout dates as well. If you continue having issues I would recommend that you contact the Passholder line at  (888) 701-4100. Hope this helps Kristine!
