Hello and thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question, Sommer.
I, too, am a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder and absolutely love it! It was an exciting day for a lot of people who have been itching to join the Passholder family with us, Sommer. I know it's been a really long wait for them. With the release of the new Walt Disney World Annual Passes, we did see some changes to the plans. However, the changes will not affect you until it comes time for you to renew. You are grandfathered in the benefits that you currently have until you renew your Walt Disney World Annual Pass. Only then will you be switched over to the new passes.
Since you are an out-of-state Guest, Sommer, when it is time to renew you will be looking at upgrading to the Disney Incredi-Pass. This is currently the highest tiered annual pass and the only one open to out-of-state Guests like you and me. The Disney Incredi-Pass offers 365 days of Disney magic with no blockout dates. You'll be able to hold 5 park pass reservations at one time without a resort stay which is such a welcomed changed from the 3 that we have previously had. You'll also receive complimentary theme park parking when you visit and up to 20% off of merchandise, food and select resort stays. It's a great plan! If you'd like to include the
Disney PhotoPass service or the Water Park and Sports option you can do that for an additional $99 + tax each when you renew.
I, for the most part, really like the new Walt Disney World Annual Passes and what's included. I absolutely love having 5 park pass reservations at a time now. It makes a nice long weekend at Walt Disney World much more doable! I hope this helps answer any questions about the Walt Disney World Annual Passes that you might have had, Sommer. If you think of anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
Have a great day!
