Hiya Angela! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! You are going to have a Spooktacular time attending
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! This is one of my favorite events at Walt Disney World and includes countless experiences that the entire family will enjoy! I had the good fortune of attending this event the last time it was held in 2019 and my best recommendation is to take advantage of all the specific party activities. Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade has so many fantastic elements to it, that I suggest catching it twice during the party if you can.
After you purchase your tickets, you'll need to link them to your
My Disney Experience account using the unique ID code on each ticket. To ensure your tickets are linked to your account properly, you'll need to select "Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker" to view your purchased tickets there. For some reason, special event tickets, such as Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets, do not appear when viewing your "Daily Itinerary". If you wish to add it to your "Daily Itinerary", you can do so by clicking on "Add More Plans" on the right-hand side of your screen and selecting "Notes". Here you can add the party to your itinerary to have it show up similar to other reservations. I just recently did the same and it is nice being able to look at it on my itinerary to remind me of our schedule for each day of our trip.
In addition to the parade, make sure you stay to check out the
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular taking place in front of Cinderella Castle. If you are a fan of the Sanderson Sisters or Disney villains, this is the show for you! There is also a fantastic meet-and-greet opportunity toward the front of the park with Jack Skellington and Sally. My family is a big fan of the classic Nightmare Before Christmas movie, so we always have to make time to meet some of our favorites!
Angela, I hope you have a magical time during your October visit!
Stop back and see us again at planDisney!
See ya real soon!
