We have a party of 15 and all will be using the Disney Dining Plan. Is it possible for only one person/room to pay the tip when it is automatically added to the bill?

Hi Matthew! Oh my goodness! I'm so excited for you! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is a few short days away! I know you are busy putting the finishing touches on your plans! Traveling with 15 Guests sounds amazing! You are going to have a great time!

I love that you are using a Disney Dining Plan throughout your vacation! It's great for budgeting and super convenient when traveling with a large party. I was told by a Cast Member that it is possible to have one person take care of the gratuity. The Cast Member recommended letting your Server know as soon as possible how you want the entitlements and gratuity handled. It might take a bit of work to get the automatic gratuity moved to one Guest so letting the Server know early will be helpful.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you have any other questions as you finish planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
