Our party has two dining reservations, one for 4 guests and another for 2 guests. The reservations are for the exact same time; can we link them so that our party sits together?

    Hiya Bobbi-Jo,

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your dining question! I see you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort this November, and what a practically perfect time to visit! The weather in Florida is just right — not too hot, not too cold — which I’m sure will feel extra magical coming from Massachusetts. And let’s be honest, there’s never a bad day to stroll down Main Street, toward Cinderella Castle!

Now, let’s talk dining magic! It’s fantastic that you were able to secure reservations for your entire party, even if they’re on two separate bookings. While there isn’t currently a way to link dining reservations together in the My Disney Experience app, here’s a little tip from one Disney fan to another: I recommend arriving at the restaurant about 20 minutes early and kindly letting the friendly Cast Member at the podium know that your two parties would love to be seated together or nearby. Although it’s never guaranteed, Cast Members do their best to add a touch of pixie dust whenever possible — and in my experience, they often make a little magic happen!

Since you’ll be visiting in November, you’re also arriving just as the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is in full swing! Be sure to explore the World Showcase — the bites, sips, and smells are simply incredible. You might even catch one of the Eat to the Beat concerts for some extra festive fun!

And before your trip, don’t forget to check out the Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates and foodie news — it’s one of my favorite ways to stay in the loop on all the tasty details.
Bobbi-Jo, I hope this helps you plan a dining experience filled with laughter, good food, and a little extra pixie dust. If you have any more questions, please stop by and visit us again!

    See ya real soon,
