We are a party of 13 traveling to Disney this fall. My dad, 74, is traveling with us. We are looking for a mobility chair for him while we are wandering through the parks each day. Do you have information on how to rent one? Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

How wonderful that your father will be traveling with you this fall; what great memories everyone will be making!

While Electric Convenience Vehicles can be rented at each of the parks, you may find that renting one from an off-property company more practical to guarantee that he has one and that he can get around the resorts and to/from the bus transportation with ease. The Complete Walt Disney World 2011 Disney Handbook suggests renting one from Apria Health Care (, Care Medical Equipment (, Turner Drugs ( or Walker Mobility (

Have a magical trip and thank you for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please let us know if we can help again!
