    i have 2 of my party that tickets wont show for upgrade eligibility how can i fix this?

    I’m so glad you found planDisney and sent us a question about the Disneyland Resort.

    I’m sorry you’ve been having trouble upgrading your theme park tickets. Are all of your tickets valid and unexpired? Certain types of tickets cannot be upgraded, such as promotional and complimentary tickets. Without knowing the exact tickets you have, I think it would be best if you call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly to a Cast Member who can assist you further. It’s possible that your tickets are eligible for an upgrade, but you may need to visit a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth in person to complete the transaction. Not all ticket changes can be made online, in the Disneyland mobile app, or over the phone.
