Ahoy, Kathryn,
Thank you for sailing over to planDisney with your question. I'm excited to hear you'll be casting off for a magical adventure with Disney Cruise Line with a big crew. A vacation with Mickey and his pals is the perfect getaway for groups, with so much to do onboard and ashore for
Guests of every age.
Kathryn, let's get everyone in your crew connected so plans can be seen and shared by all three staterooms. There are two ways to get this done: either on the
Disney Cruise Line website or the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Each party will need to go to their reservation under "Already Booked" and find their reservation number in the top-right corner. There will be an arrow for a drop-down menu and the option to "Add and Link Reservations." To get connected, each party will need to input a last name, date of birth, and reservation number for each room. This is the same process for the app, but you'll look for the "Add Reservation" once you select "More" in the bottom right corner. Once the other two staterooms complete these steps, all parties should see everyone's plans. If there are any issues getting linked up, please don't hesitate to call Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532. They are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
I know your crew will make many magical memories on your Disney Cruise Line vacation, Kathryn. Be sure everyone with a mobile device downloads the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to stay up to date on all the ship's offerings. It's also a great way to chat with each other, as everyone will be assigned their own number to send messages individually or to the whole group. Once you arrive at the cruise terminal, you'll be able to log in and get connected.
If we can help you again, please let us know. We are always here to make your cruise planning as easy as possible.
