We are a party of three, one female (me) and two really big boys (my husband and son). We won't fit in some of the rides together, so how will Disney handle the third party member? Will one of us be sharing the doom buggy (for example) with a stranger?

Hi Morgan! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your party of three will actually be able to fit on quite a few rides. For instance, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise, and any other boat ride should accommodate your party perfectly fine. The Cast Members will do their best to keep your party of three together, however, some attractions that have two seats might require you to split up. In most cases that means that the third person will ride solo, but sometimes they will ride with a stranger.

In the case of the Doom Buggy, you can choose to ride in your own buggy. Just simply step onto the moving walkway and board the Doom Buggy, and the party in line behind you will more than likely step into their own Buggy. When you ride The Haunted Mansion, be sure to look out for the hidden Mickey plates on the dining table!

On Space Mountain, everyone sits in their own seat, but there are three seats per rocket so be sure to request one rocket for the three of you. This way, when the ride photo gets taken, you can all be together and make fun of each other's faces.

If you want to know what the ride vehicles look like for an attraction simply Google them so that you know in advanced what to expect.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to stop by, we'd be happy to help. Have a magical vacation!
