    We are a party of 14 and staying at the All Star Music in Sep. We made our reserv. almost a yr in advanced. I was very specific on our room requests. I know there is no guarantee but how do they decide who gets there room request. What can I do

    Hi, Jessica!   Your party is really lucky to have you to organize this vacation!

    Disney is very good about accommodating parties of all sizes.  For a large party like yours, you qualify to work with a Magical Gathering Specialist.  They can help you get your room reservations organized, make dining arrangements, and let you know of special activities reserved just for Magical Gatherings!

    Have your reservation number handy and call 407-934-7639 to see if a Magical Gathering might be just what your party needs to have a great vacation.  This is a free service, so take advantage of it!

    If for some reason you choose not to go the Gathering route, the best you can do is have the notation of your request on your reservation, and call directly to the hotel about 1 week prior to your vacation.   Ask for the person in charge of room assignments to remind them of your request.   The direct line to All-Star Music is 407-939-6000.

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home.
