Welcome to planDisney, Amanda!
It sounds like you're about to embark on an unforgettable adventure with an awesome crew - how exciting! My
planDisney pals and I love visiting the parks together, and I always take the reins as the go-to Lightning Lane and
Virtual Queue coordinator. I'd be thrilled to guide you through the booking process to ensure your trip is as smooth as possible. Let's get this party started!
Your entire group of 15 should be able to secure
Lightning Lane passes in advance for the duration of your trip, as long as your onsite stays are continuous, meaning you check out of one
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and into another that same day.
When my family and I did a split stay in August - with me using an
Annual Pass and my husband and kids having different types of tickets - it all went off without a stitch. Seven days before our first check-in, I grabbed Lightning Lane passes for all of us, and I'm crossing my fingers your experience will be just as seamless! Remember that Annual Passholders in your party should make theme park reservations linked to the hotel stays. The guests with date-based tickets do not need
theme park reservations.
And don't worry if your preferences change or if some members of your group need to separate. You can easily adjust individual reservations once you've booked Lightning Lane passes for everyone. My husband is prone to motion sickness, and my daughter decided she wasn't quite ready for all of the thrill rides, so after initially booking
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith at
Disney's Hollywood Studios, I clicked on the reservation on the My Disney Experience Tip Board and switched just the two of them to
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway.
I hope this has been helpful and you have a fantastic time on your adventure. Please reach out if there's anything else we at planDisney can do to make it even more memorable. Thanks for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!
