Hi Donald,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with a great question!
Well, you have a familiar dining reservation dilemma! I have faced a similar dilemma when making dining reservations for trips with my extended family or other group trips. There are at least two possible ways to make dining reservations for the same time period. First, if you are making the reservations and have split your party into two groups, try selecting two different individuals as the lead on the reservation. You cannot be the lead person on both reservations. Or, you could ask another member of your party with a
My Disney Experience account to make the second reservation. As long as you all are sharing plans through My Disney Experience, you should be able to see all of the dining reservations.
Be careful as you make those reservations. If you do not show up for a reservation and do not cancel, you could be charged a no-show fee and that fee would appear on the credit card of the person who made the reservation. I always double-check our plans the day before arrival and I make final decisions about dining reservations. I make sure that I have canceled those dining reservations that we will not be able to do.
Given the month of your visit, I do hope you checked the
theme park reservation availability calendar and made
Disney Park Pass system reservations for the day of your visit. November can be busy. I would also strongly suggest that you make
advanced dining reservations. Having a few guaranteed times to eat makes our trips so much easier, especially since one of our girls has food allergies.
Donald, I am sending a little extra pixie dust your way trusting that you will get those dining reservations made!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
