Hi, Summer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
How exciting! Your magical vacation is just a few short months away! I also like to schedule my days around crowd levels so I think this is a GREAT question! In my experience, I HAVE found that Theme Parks that offer
Extra Magic Hours (especially morning) tend to be slightly busier than those with regular Park Hours, however that is just my personal observation.
I have read that
Magic Kingdom Park’s busiest day is often Saturday, so I tend to avoid it that day and enjoy a different Theme Park or Water Park instead. My Disney Theme Park game plan usually involves getting there as early as possible and visiting the most popular attractions before it gets too busy. I then have my
FastPass+ set-up for once the Theme Park starts filling up and wait times get longer. Once we have used our FastPass+ selections, we usually head back to our
Disney Resort hotel to swim and relax before heading out again around dinner time. Again, this is just the way that my family likes to plan our days, your plans might be completely different but equally enjoyable! That is what I love about Walt Disney World Resort, it is such a customizable experience!
Finally, there are a few websites that predict crowd levels that you can also look into during your planning. In March, remember to check out the
2017 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival! There are many beautiful topiaries and lots of delicious food, too!
Happy planning,
Jen
