    The only party size available for the Sci-Fi Diner is 2. Our son is small, has Spina Bifida and usually sits right next to me or on my lap. There is no availability for party of 3 only 2. Will they turn us away if I book for a party of two but bring him?

    Hi ya Lauryn!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, it’s so nice to see you here today! Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant is my dad’s favorite restaurant. He claims that his trip is not complete until he’s had lunch there! 

    On our most recent visit together, we were a party of 7 which included our 1-year old daughter. I was told that no matter the size of the Mouseketeer, they are to be included on the dining reservation. This is not only to make sure that your family fits comfortably, but for safety as well! 

    I highly recommend contacting the Help Center: Dining Reservation line to see if they are able to help you find a reservation that can accommodate your entire family. I also recommend searching the website or using the My Disney Experience Mobile app to find a reservation that can accomodate your party size. I’ve found that adjusting the time frame of my reservation, has helped me find one that is perfect for our party size! I recommend trying that as well while your search for yours.

    Hakuna Matata, with a little Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust I’m sure you will be dining at this ‘50s-style drive-in theater in no time!
