Hi there, Benjamin!
I’m so sorry to hear that some members of your party are unable to visit the Disneyland Resort with you. I hope that everyone is as well as can be and can enjoy good health.
If you have surplus
theme park reservations and your extra tickets are wholly unused, you may choose to invite others to take the place of those who are unable to visit at this time. Or you may choose to simply cancel those park reservations and hold on to the tickets for another visit to the Disneyland Resort in the future. To cancel a current park reservation, visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page. Then return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page again to book a new reservation for the tickets.
As long as each ticket remains valid, you may book another reservation for them. You can check the expiration date of your tickets in the purchase confirmation email if they were purchased directly from Disney. A
theme park ticket I purchased earlier this year had an expiration date of January 12, 2024! A multi-day ticket must be used by the same Guest for all of its days and will usually
expire 13 days after the first use or the listed expiration date at the time of purchase, whichever comes first. If a wholly unused park ticket can’t be used before it expires you may usually upgrade the ticket to a new ticket of equal or greater value to restart the expiration clock to book new theme park reservations.
Again, I’m really sorry your whole party won’t be able to make it to the Disneyland Resort this time around, Benjamin. I’m wishing on a star you can all make it to The Happiest Place on Earth another time.
