Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to planDisney with your question.
Jenni, your trip is almost here! I was just at the Walt Disney World Resort this past weekend and we had a wonderful time. It is such a great time to visit the resort.
The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration is still going strong until March 31, 2023, and the parks look beautiful! The
nighttime spectaculars for both
EPCOT and
Magic Kingdom Park that were introduced for this celebration are still showing until April 2, 2023. Also, the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is available until February 20, 2023, and I highly recommend checking it out (especially the
Food Studios)! You can find out more about this exciting event by listening to, or watching,
the latest episode of the planDisney podcast with my friend
Prince!
There are two answers to your question. Firstly, if you are looking to receive physical ticket media for all members of your group, you would all need to be together when visiting the ticket window outside of the park gate to receive those tickets. If this is the case, you can still get to the park early (which is always a recommendation from me) with half of your party, enjoy the parks, and then you can meet the rest of your party at the ticket window. Please keep in mind that since these are Florida resident tickets, all Guests over the age of 18 must provide
proof of residency. All Guests below the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who shows proof of residency.
Next, if all of the tickets are
linked to a
My Disney Experience account, you can use the
Disney MagicMobile Service through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. This allows you to use your phone to scan into the parks. You can also share these tickets with other members of your group so they can gain entry with their tickets. Once again, keep in mind that even with this option, proof of residency is required as outlined above, but you wouldn't all have to be together to get into the parks!
There's also the option of going to
Disney Springs on your arrival day (if that's not the first day of your vacation). They can help you with this at the Disney Ticket Center. Just like with the ticket windows, all members of the party would need to be present. This way, you'd have everything settled before your first magical day in the parks. Plus, you can use it as an excuse to shop and dine at the wonderful establishments throughout Disney Springs.
Jenni, I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Reach out again if you have any questions in the future. We are always happy to help!
