Hey there Jose,
Welcome back to planDisney from a fellow Arizonan! We so appreciate you trusting us when planning your trips to Disney Parks.
I'm a bit over my skis on this one since I'm not able to see all the details of your situation - and it does sound a bit complicated! Having said that, I'm happy to share all the helpful information I can as well as my recommendations for your next steps to work on finding a resolution.
First, you mentioned you purchased your
Disneyland Resort tickets through a 3rd party. Assuming this is an authorized third-party seller then you'd want to start with them as they should have ways to help you get your theme park tickets taken care of.
If I'm understanding your question correctly, it sounds like you
spoke with a Cast Member at the Tickets line who mentioned they needed to confirm the tickets transfer to be able to discuss options with you. If that is what a Cast Member mentioned then it is definitely true! They're fantastic at what they do and need to make sure all transfers are following the
terms and conditions for Disney eTickets.
My recommendation at this point would be to call a Cast Member at the Tickets line to confirm the steps needed to make sure the tickets have been transferred successfully and follow their guidance. It is certainly possible they might need to confirm the details with the 3rd party that you purchased the tickets from.
I do hope you have a fantastic visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! It'll be so fun to visit during the
Halloween season with a large party. Thanks again for your question, Jose!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
