We are going to have a party of 8 people, in the past we are automatically charged gratuity. Do we HAVE TO pay the tip listed on the bill? We are on the meal plan and service has not been that good, but yet still want a good tip.

Hi Kelly!

An automatic gratuity of 18% will automatically be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more, even on the Disney Dining Plan. If you are not satisfied with your service, I suggest asking to speak to a manager. You may be able to adjust the tip at that point, but I would definitely let the manager know that the service was not up to Disney standards.
