Well hello there, Esther. It's so nice to virtually meet you!
At this time, there isn't a service that will mimic the return times you'll receive from the
Disability Access Service (DAS). When you use DAS, you request your return time on the day of your visit and you will typically receive one that is roughly equivalent to the current wait time. However, you currently do not have to return to the attraction at the
exact time you're called, it's just the earliest time you can return. As such, if the other 3 Guests have a return time with
Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Single Pass, you should all be able to ride together so long as the DAS return time has been called before or during the Lightning Lane window. Just note that while the DAS return time doesn't usually expire until the attraction closes for the day, you can only hold one DAS at a time. So once the Guest with DAS has redeemed their first return time with the service, they would request their next attraction, which should be the next Lightning Lane reservation that has been booked if they want to ride with the entire group. Special thanks to my good friend
Nimmy T. for helping me with the research on this one!
Now there is an alternative to this plan that my friend
Jana T. has used. Since DAS return times are approximately equivalent to the current wait time for the attraction, the Guests in her party not riding with DAS simply waited in the standby queue. Then, when they were close to the front of the line, she sent a text to the Guests riding with DAS (whose return time had already been called) to return to the attraction and they rode together.
Please note that if the Guests using Lightning Lane Multi Pass and/or Lightning Lane Single Pass are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, they can reserve their Lightning Lanes at qualifying attractions 7 days in advance of their arrival date. Otherwise, they can make their reservations 3 days in advance. This advanced booking window will be key, especially if you're trying to use DAS alongside it. If they wait until the day to book their attractions, there will likely be experiences that are completely booked for the day and/or return times won't be available until later on in the day. With Multi Pass, they can reserve up to 3 attractions in advance per day (subject to availability), and with Single Pass, they can reserve up to 2 attractions per person, per day.
Esther, best wishes for an amazing visit. If you have any other questions,
I'll be here for you!
