We have a party of 6 (one is an infant). I'm having trouble booking ADR for that number. I noticed if I requested a table for 4 and for 2, more options are available. If I book like this, is there a good chance we could be seated together upon our arrival?

    Hi Kathleen!

It sometimes can be difficult to get those larger tables, isn't it?  If you choose to to the party of 4 and party of 2 tables, be aware that they may not be together at all.  The reason being that in the system those are 2 separate parties, and they could seat the party of 4 at a table that might not happen to have an available table of 2 next to it.

My advice, you could try and ask when you check in (potentially increasing your wait) to see if they can accommodate you, but don't be surprised if they are unable to do so.

I'd also suggest going back and trying to book a party of 6 during 'off' times, such as an earlier (or later than 'normal') meal time.  I've found that manipulating children's schedules (with the use of healthy snack options) can be helpful for the 'off' time meals.

    Have a magical vacation!
