Greetings, Ariel!
Welcome to planDisney, friend! I am delighted that you have stopped by with your vacation planning question. Your adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth starts tomorrow. How exciting! I am sure that you and your travel party are trying to finalize all the last-minute details, and a
Disney Park Pass reservation is definitely an important detail to work out. I am so sorry to hear that one of your friends forgot to make a theme park reservation. I am sure that this is not the last-minute planning your travel party had in mind. Let's talk about what options are available and how to make any modifications that your travel party may need.
Springtime is beautiful and busy at Walt Disney World Resort. The
theme park reservation calendar is showing limited availability for the remainder of the month. The date you mentioned, the 25th, has no reservation availability. If your travel plans are flexible I would recommend changing your ticket dates. There are dates with availability throughout the weekend and into next week if your vacation plans can accommodate this change. If your tickets are part of a Walt Disney World vacation package you can cancel your group's current theme park reservations and make new ones for any day during your tickets date ranges. Just be sure to check that reservation availability calendar before making any changes! Tickets that are not part of a vacation package can be modified on the Tickets and Memory Maker page. You can access this option by selecting the My Plans link from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu located on the
Walt Disney World website. You can also make these changes on the My Disney Experience mobile app through the Tickets and Passes option. It is important to note that changes must be made before the clock strikes midnight Eastern Time the day before the ticket's use date.
If changing your dates is not an option and you are looking to experience some Disney magic without heading to the parks tomorrow, I recommend a day at
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Waterpark, followed by dinner in
Disney Springs. You can fill your day with thrilling drops and big waves on the
many attractions in the water park. Then take a few laps around
Castaway Creek to wind down before heading off to a delicious dining experience in a location with endless options. Disney Springs is home to some of the best bites in Walt Disney World and offers a variety of entertainment and experience options. Whether you are into live music or
soaring sky high with the world's largest balloon, there is no shortage of options for the whole group to enjoy.
Ariel, I truly hope that you are able to find the perfect solution for the whole group with these tips.
Have a magical time this week!
Tammy
