Hi, Mayra! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend's accident, but glad that they will still be able to join you at the parks! The Disneyland Resort offers wheelchair and Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) rentals on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs are available for $15 per day and ECVs are $60 per day. You can find the rental location just outside the Disneyland Park main entrance on the east side or at the Pixar Pals parking structure.

When it comes to food, you can absolutely bring in your own food and drinks. The only items prohibited are loose ice, alcohol, and anything in a glass container (baby food excepted). You can even bring your own cooler as long as it is smaller than the size of a six-pack. You can carry your food with you or store it in a locker which are available to rent in both parks and esplanade.
