Brittany, you're heading to The Most Magical Place on Earth during the not-so-spookiest time of the year. Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the fall is always a special (trick or) treat!

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty linking a Guest to one of your reservations, Brittany. You didn't mention what type of reservation you're attempting to include your Guest in - is it a dining reservation, theme park reservation, Disney Resort hotel booking, or Enchanted Extras Collection offering? Are you trying to purchase theme park tickets or special event tickets on behalf of this Guest? Brittany, I encourage you to write back to me directly with more specifics about the technical difficulty you're experiencing so that I might be able to provide the most helpful response possible. I want to ensure you feel well-prepared for your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    In any case, I recommend making sure that the Guest you'd like to include in your plans is linked to you via your Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. Once you've invited a Guest to connect with you, they'll receive an email notification and will need to accept the invite before you're able to include one another in plans. Once you're linked as Family & Friends, you should be able to easily select one another when making dining and theme park reservations or Lightning Lane entry selections. You'll also be able to purchase theme park tickets, special event tickets, Annual Passes, and Disney Genie+ service on behalf of one another!

    Brittany, if you've already successfully connected with this Guest in My Disney Experience and are still experiencing technical difficulties, I recommend reaching out to the helpful Cast Members either via the "Chat" function on the Walt Disney World Resort website or by contacting the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for assistance.
