Bright suns, Jesse! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel on your way to the planet Batuu.
Building a lightsaber at
Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers is an experience every Star Wars fan should have. I have reservations to build lightsabers with my own young Padawans during our upcoming trip to
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. We are so excited, but we'll be sure to keep things quiet to protect the shop's secrecy from the eyes and ears of the First Order.
If two of your boys wish to build lightsabers, you will need to make two
Savi's Workshop reservations. When you check-in for your reservations, I would recommend asking the Gatherers (Cast Members at Savi's Workshop) about the best way to supervise your boys during the experience. While your 2-year old will certainly be allowed to enter the workshop with the rest of the family, please keep in mind the limited amount of space inside the workshop. There will not be room for your family to bring a stroller into the workshop or even much room to move around. If you decide it would be easier for one parent to remain outside with your littlest youngling, I don't think the Gatherers would have a problem with one parent supervising both of the older two boys.
I hope you and your family have an amazing time living out your very own Star Wars adventure at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Be sure to also check out all of the
other Star Wars experiences that can be found at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. I think your boys would love
Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple!
May the Force be with you!
