my party members except me cannot go to disneyworld. how can I cancel the name of them?

    Hello, Youngsook! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh my goodness, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts TOMORROW! I'm so sorry some of your traveling companions aren't able to join you. Let's see if we can modify your plans.

First, we'll take a look at your My Disney Experience account. If you go to the Walt Disney World website and select the blue link that says "Sign In or Create Account," you can log in there. Then, let's click on the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar just below that link. The next page will show you all of your plans, from Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations, to dining and Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. To remove Guests from a Resort hotel reservation, you can click "Change Reservation." For your theme park reservations, click on "View Details" next to the Disney Park Pass entry, then "Cancel This Reservation," where you can then select which Guests you need to remove.

Youngsook, assuming you've already bought tickets for the other Guests, you should note that Walt Disney World tickets are generally not refundable. However, if the tickets are unused, you can either reassign them to a different Guest or change the dates on them to use later.

If you're having problems making changes or you want to try to reassign your tickets, go ahead and give Disney's Guest Relations a call at the Existing Tickets number. Since your vacation is starting so soon, it might help you to speak to a Cast Member to walk through your options.

I hope this helps you plan a magical visit to Walt Disney World, Youngsook! Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
