Hi Athena,
Welcome to planDisney!
Wow! Your happy arrival date is quickly approaching!
I believe you are asking about
Memory Maker. My family always uses Memory Maker when we visit the Walt Disney World® Resort and, now that our girls are older, I am grateful to have so many priceless memories. Memory Maker should be linked to your MyDisney account. Check your Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience to be sure you are connected to all of the guests traveling with your group. As long as you all are connected, you should be able to see and download all of the photos taken. Be sure to review the
additional details about using Memory Maker.
Throughout the parks and resorts, look for
Disney PhotoPass® Service photographers. We always try to take at least one family photo in each park and then we find other PhotoPass photographers in unique locations. We all love the attraction photos and spend some time deciding how to "pose" for the camera in ways that are fun and safe!
As you continue to make plans, I hope you have considered how you are navigating the parks with a larger party.
Advanced dining reservations are a must do. If you have not already reserved dining, I suggest that you try to make a few reservations now. You may have to divide your party into a party of five and a party of four. Then, try to find times that are within 15 minutes of one another. When you arrive to the restaurant, let a cast member know that you have two reservations and ask if they can seat you together. When we have made similar requests, cast members have tried their best - it's not guaranteed but they really try to make it work!
Athena, I hope this addresses your question! If not, please do stop back by and give us some additional details so that we can get you the answer you need! One final tip - with Memory Maker, always check to be sure your photos are populating in your photo gallery in My Disney Experience. If you notice photos missing, do not panic. You can
track down missing photos. Sending you a little extra pixie dust and a wish to the Evening Star hoping you have the most magical vacation (and some extra patience with a larger group!).
Magic and memories,
Donyell
