Hi, there!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Vickie. We're so pleased to hear you're planning another visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Planning a Disney vacation with extended family can sometimes pose a challenge. I totally understand your concern! You've worked hard to plan perfectly magical dining experiences for everyone in your travel party, and it would be so disappointing if you were penalized because someone backed out. Not to fret! As long as just
one person in your travel party arrives to the dining reservation on time, you won't be charged a no-show fee. Please note that if
no one in your party shows up for the reservation, or if it's been canceled after the designated cancellation period,
you may be charged a per-person cancellation fee for everyone listed on the reservation. If you need to cancel a dining reservation, simply call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.
My best advice when traveling with extended family is to purchase
Memory Maker for your stay. This Disney PhotoPass product makes getting everyone in your travel party together for family photos super easy! I also suggest planning some scheduled downtime apart from one another. This gives everyone in the larger group a chance to rest or pursue a personal interest before meeting back up for lots of magical adventures together!
I hope this was helpful, Vickie. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your
holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
