My party is interested in booking a celebration dinner at Steakhouse 71, then riding the monorail or walking over to MK for MNSSHP. However, we are staying at the Caribbean Beach. Can we take a bus to Contemporary?

Hey there, Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! You’re Walt Disney World Vacation is right around the corner, and it looks like you’ll be in for a boo-tastic time! Wow! That was a serious Dad joke, but I couldn’t help myself!

On my most recent visit to Walt Disney World, I was able to snag a reservation at Steakhouse 71, and it did not disappoint! It sounds like the perfect location for a celebration meal. This must be some celebration because you’re planning to head from dinner right to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Good thing it’s not so scary because dinner and screaming don’t always mix! Or maybe that’s just me.

Jennifer, there is not a direct bus route from Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The great news is that you can simply jump on the Magic Kingdom bus from your resort and walk or monorail over to Disney’s Contemporary Resort for dinner! While this suggestion does not drop you off right at the Contemporary doors, you will be about as close as you can get!

I also tried Sebastian’s Bistro on my most recent visit, and the meal was fantastic! Since you’re staying at Caribbean Beach, Sebastian’s Bistro is a great food option for those nights when you don’t want to venture too far from “home.” Be sure to make a reservation, though, because it was definitely busy!

I hope this helps, Jennifer! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
