Hi Natalie,
Welcome to planDisney!
Wow! Your arrival date is approaching soon! I can imagine the excitement in your household as you get ready for a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
The
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a fantastic service for individuals who cannot tolerate a traditional queue. Although we had news that Guests will soon have the ability to access some DAS services with the
Disney Genie service, currently, you will need to go to Guest Relations when you enter a theme park to request the service. If your three family members are eligible for the service, other family members would be able to ride with the person they are connected with who has the service. As long as you all request attraction return times together, you should be able to ride at about the same time.
With a party that large, I would suggest that you also work on getting advanced dining reservations if you have not done so already. You will need to split your party up into smaller groups with different family members as the lead Guests on the reservations. Some of our favorite restaurants are
Cinderella's Royal Table,
Be Our Guest Restaurant,
Boma - Flavors of Africa,
Coral Reef Restaurant, and
Rose & Crown Dining Room.
Natalie, as you continue to plan, I hope you have made
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Consider whether or not you will order
MagicBands (we still love them), and start packing! I just returned from a visit and it was amazing.
The World's Most Magical Celebration has begun!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
