    Hi we are a party of 5 with the same hotel and ticket reservations under the same booking reference with 2 rooms . It’s only showing 3 names from 1 room .

    How supercalifragilisticexpialidocious it is to hear that your lovely family of 5 has a confirmed booking this coming May at Walt Disney World Resort!  I can just imagine that you're all beginning to feel ridiculously excited about visiting Disney's very own fab 5 - Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Pluto.  Whilst wandering the World, you'll have to be sure to look out for the whole Disney Fab 50 Character Collection as part of the World's Most Magical Celebration!

    Louise, on your behalf, I've just taken a quick peek at my own family's upcoming Disney holiday booking by accessing my own My Disney Experience account and then selecting the option for My Plans

    Within the My Plans section, there is an advisory note for amending any details which makes a recommendation for Guests to speak in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member to enable them to make any changes.

    It's fairly straightforward to speak on the phone with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account, and who will also be able to make any pertinent amendments to your booking as necessary.
