When you have a party of 6 or more gratuity is included in the bill, does a 2 yr old count as a person in the party since we wont be paying for him to eat?

Hello, Lori!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

The short answer is yes in that when a reservation is made all members must be counted no matter what their age.  If there are 6 members, then the 18% gratuity is automatically added to your bill.  Now, with all this being said, it is up to the discretion of the restaurant whether to include the automatic gratuity for parties of 6 or more when it comes to very young children.  I would recommend speaking to your Cast Member concerning your situation.  He/She will be more than happy to speak to the manager concerning your automatic gratuity charge and see if it can be waived. Again, there are no guarantees that it will be done.
