Hello there, Ashley!
It’s so nice to see you visiting planDisney today, welcome! I’m smiling from EAR to EAR after hEARing that you will be visiting the
Disneyland Resort very soon! As someone who often plans to visit with many of my friends and family, I am sad to see that 2 of your friends are no longer able to tag along.
Unfortunately,
tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The good thing is after the ticket’s expiration date, the price paid for a wholly unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher value. So even though your friends are unable to use their ticket now, they will still have a “ticket” that can be applied to a newer one in the future!
When it comes to your
hotel, I recommend reaching out to the hotel to see if your rate changes depending on the number of Guests in the room. I know from experience that each resort varies. During my last visit to
Walt Disney World Resort, my sister didn’t join us until the last 2-nights of our 4-night stay. The resort said to just include her in the entire reservation because the cost wouldn’t change. So again, it just depends on what the hotel policy is.
I hope this helps answer your question, Ashley. Please
let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!
