Hi Lisa!
We are delighted to welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
First, let's celebrate the exciting news that you have a reservation for September! I trust you have been doing a collective happy dance. As you have indicated, new ticket sales are temporarily paused right now. I did reach out to see if I could find a Cast Member who could use the Force to illuminate our future ticket dates, but alas, the First Order quelled our attempt. Our operatives will have more information in the days and weeks to come. As of now, it looks like the person in your party without an
Annual Pass or tickets would have to wait until those new ticket sales resume and that could present a problem with making those park reservations.
Of course, as one fellow Annual Passholder to another, I assume that you have talked about the
benefits of being an Annual Passholder! Now might be a good time to consider joining the Annual Passholder family. If becoming an Annual Passholder is not an option (trust me, I understand that it is a financial commitment!), keep an eye on the
operational updates and
phased reopening plans via the
Disney Parks Blog. We are all on the lookout for the date that new ticket sales will resume. And it could be that your friend is able to get her ticket(s) and make those park reservations in time!
Lisa, while you wait, remember to consider your dining plans during your visit and make advanced dining reservations as reservations are allowed. Know also that
select dining locations at Disney Springs are open and
online reservations are open for select restaurants. Review the
Restaurant and Dining Updates prior to your trip, be ready to take advantage of
Mobile Dine Check-in, and get prepared for cashless transactions. With these additional safety measures, we look forward to welcoming everyone back - after all, our Resistance forces need allies to bring peace to the galaxy!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
