Our party will be going to Disneyland with Lightning Lane. 5 of the 7 will be at the park at rope drop while the other two are at a conference. Is there a way to stack lightning lanes while we are in the park and use them once the other two arrive?

Hey there Travis!  It looks like your trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth" is right around the corner, how exciting!

I love that you're interested in purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass, it's such a great way to be able to save time during your trip!  Each Guest will be able to reserve Lightning Lane selections as soon as they scan into the parks for the day.  You definitely have a few options to try to line up your Lightning Lane selections so your friends can join you!

The first option is to hold off on booking Lightning Lane selections until your friends arrive later in the day.  If you arrive to the parks first thing in the morning, lines are typically shorter for attractions, and you can enjoy several of those attractions without using Lightning Lane Multi Pass.  Once your friends arrive, you can then begin booking all of your Lightning Lane selections together.  I love to ride attractions in the morning hours that do not offer a Lightning Lane option such as Storybook Land Canal Boats and Alice in Wonderland.

You also could book Lightning Lane selections and try modifying them to a later time if your friends have not arrived yet.  However, depending on what attractions you're looking to book, there could be limited availability given the time of day, and the return times may not match up.  If you know there are a few attractions that they do not care to enjoy, you also could book Lightning Lane selections for those earlier in the day, and then begin booking selections for attractions you know you want to enjoy together as soon as they arrive.

Make sure you link your theme park tickets together in the Disneyland App so you can book all of your Lightning Lane selections together.  Navigate to the three horizontal bar line icon in the bottom right-hand corner, and tap "My Tickets & Passes."  Then tap "Link Tickets & Passes" where you'll be able to scan the ticket barcode or type in the ticket number manually.

I'm hoping these recommendations are helpful during your trip, Travis!  Don't forget that unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass are included when you purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass!  The Disney PhotoPass photographers do such a fantastic job of capturing special moments so the whole group can be in the photo!

If you think of any other questions we can help with before or during your visit, don't hesitate to come back and ask.

    Have a magical day!
