There will be another party going to Disney World with us in January. We would like to have hotel rooms very close to each other, but on the planning website there is no way to specify this. How can we be sure that we get rooms nearby?

Hi, Stacey!    I just booked a reservation for my family and a reservation for my parents on-line.   During the reservation process, there is a section that will ask if you would like your reservation noted with another, and if you would like your rooms near each other or connecting.    I was able to insert a reservation number and my room request.

If you are not having any luck with this option or are booking by phone, just call (407)W-DISNEY and speak to a cast member.    Have confirmation numbers for both parties, and a note will be made on your reservation with your request.

Remember while requests are noted, they are not guaranteed.    Sending pixie dust  your way for a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
