Hey, James! Thanks for stopping by planDisney. Welcome!
Magic Kingdom Park and
EPCOT are my favorite two parks at Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many wonderful attractions for little ones to enjoy at both parks. Magic Kingdom Park in particular has loads of rides that don't have height restrictions. My kids' favorites are
Peter Pan's Flight,
"it's a small world," and (surprisingly)
Pirates of the Caribbean. EPCOT has some fantastic attractions for kids too, like
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure,
Frozen Ever After,
Spaceship Earth,
Living with the Land, and
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros. Your daughter is going to have a truly magical time!
James, since your daughter is 4 years old, she is required to purchase a ticket. Kids under 3 years of age don't need a ticket because they are considered "Guests of Mickey." There are slightly cheaper tickets available for kids aged 3-9 years old. Let me walk you through the process of purchasing tickets.
Visit the
tickets page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Scroll down to Standard Theme Park Ticket and click "Continue" before selecting the number of days you'd like to visit. You'll then scroll down and see a calendar that has prices listed according to each particular day. As you'll see, some days are cheaper to visit than others. Once you select when you'd like to visit, you'll then select the type of ticket you'd like to purchase. You can choose from the following:
1 Park Per Day - We have a saying in England: this does "exactly as it says on the tin." In other words, this kind of ticket lets you visit one theme park per day. If you purchase a multiple-day ticket, you can choose a different theme park each day of your visit.
Park Hopper Option - This ticket allows you to visit multiple theme parks per day. So let's say you visit Magic Kingdom Park. After 2:00 PM, you can hop to any of the other three theme parks.
Park Hopper Plus Option - This is basically the Park Hopper Option, plus it allows you to enjoy a certain number of visits to a Disney Water Park or other Walt Disney World fun.
Next, you'll scroll down and select the number of tickets you'd like to purchase. Here you'll have two options: Ages 10+ or Ages 3-9. Once you decide how many tickets you want, you can then proceed and complete your purchase.
I trust that's helpful, James. Thanks so much for choosing to be our Guest.
See ya real soon!
Mike
