Hi there, Lana,
I’m very grateful for the various accommodations available to Guests with disabilities at the Disneyland Resort and how they have helped my family feel welcome and supported. As fellow Guests like you, it’s a pleasure to share with you some of our experiences and tips to help you make the most of your time at The Happiest Place on Earth!
A Guest who is qualified to register for the
Disability Access Service (DAS) may have up to five additional Guests registered to participate in attractions with them. If your party is not yet linked to the account that has the theme park admission for the Guest who registers for DAS, any of the Cast Members at the various
Guest Relations locations can make the necessary updates once you have linked everyone’s tickets or passes. Only the tickets or passes of the entire party need to be linked to the same account. If
theme park reservations were booked separately, that is OK. Only the Guest with a disability and, if necessary, a parent or guardian need to be present when being interviewed to register for DAS and have a photo taken of the qualifying Guest.
When using the
Disneyland mobile app to book a return time for an attraction, the registered members of the linked party can all be included in the attraction reservation. if some members of the party wish to sit out a particular attraction, that is OK too. As long as the registered Guest with a qualifying disability is included with the party that will be experiencing the attraction, your attraction reservation can include any valid mix of the remaining party. Note that
children under the age of seven must be accompanied by another Guest aged 14 years or older in order to board an attraction.
I hope you have a wonderfully magical time as you and your party enjoy the Disneyland Resort, Lana. If you have any more questions, I hope you’ll visit us here at planDisney again.
