We are a party of 11 coming to WDW in April 2020. We would like the ability for any of the adults in our party to book FP's for any one or all of us all at once. How do our My Disney Experience planning authourities need to be set up and who can help.

    Hi Maria,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The only thing better than visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" is sharing the magic and fun with loved ones. I'm so happy to hear that you and many fellow Mouseketeers will be able to enjoy a vacation together next spring!

With the Family & Friends list within My Disney Experience, making plans together is easy peasy! You'll simply want to follow these steps to link together with all of your fellow travelers, and as long as you've allowed each other permission to view your plans, you'll be able to view and make FastPass+ plans together. Once your FastPass+ planning window opens 60 days in advance if you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel or 30 days ahead of time if you're staying elsewhere, any of you will be able to make plans for your group. With a large group like that, it's possible that you have folks with different interests. While some of you might be thrill seekers, others of you might prefer to meet as many characters as possible. The great thing is that it's possible to change FastPass+ groups for each selection, so definitely feel free to split up for some plans, then come together again to enjoy some of those classic attractions that everyone loves!

Please feel free to come back and see us whenever you have a Disney-planning question, Maria. We're always here and happy to help. I hope that you and your entire party have a truly magical vacation!
