Party of 7. Is it better to stay all together since connecting rooms aren't guaranteed or reserve to separate 2 rooms at POFQ. We've been looking at a 2 bedrrom villa at SS but hear the transportion is horrible & far from parks . Which is a better reso

    Hi Kenia,

I understand your dilemma.  Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is a lovely and peaceful resort.  I have to say, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is also very nice.  Given your situation, I lean toward recommending a two-bedroom villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  The main reason is that with a two-bedroom villa, you get not only two bedrooms and two bathrooms as you would with two hotel rooms, but you will also get a spacious living area and a full kitchen.  I really like having a living area when on vacation.  That way, you do not have to spend your time when you are relaxing in the room where you will be sleeping.  It also allows for people in your party who want to go to bed earlier to do so while the others still have a place to socialize.  I also love having the full kitchen.  You can keep drinks cold and snacks handy, and grab a quick breakfast in the villa before heading out to a theme park.

Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a very spread out resort, and as such, there are bus stops throughout the resort.  It may take a while to get from Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa to various theme parks by bus; however, my family has always seen being on the bus at Walt Disney World as another part of the adventure.  If we are on a bus for five minutes, we are just as happy to be on it for 20 minutes.  It gives us a chance to talk to each other and other guests.  If you are concerned about the amount of time it will take you to get from your resort to the theme parks, you can also look into other Disney Vacation Club resorts which offer two-bedroom villas.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions, Kenia!
