Hiya Patsy!
Welcome to planDisney!
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass are now available to Guests to help plan their trips and it has been an exciting few months of "research." Yes, research, hard research where I made sure to visit Walt Disney World Resort and test it out. Patsy, so many snacks were involved and I loved every minute of it.
An adults-only trip sounds fabulous and spending a day in
Magic Kingdom Park is perfection. When purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass you have to select who you want to pay a Pass for, select your Park, and then you will have a chance to pick out three attractions Lightning Lane return times. If the three other members of your party wish to have the same times as you then the only guarantee is if you make one purchase for all of you. You could try to purchase it separately and make your selections in unison so that each of you can hopefully choose the same Lightning Lane return times. However, that is not guaranteed as many people also book these same attractions simultaneously. You may be lucky and get the same times or maneuver it to have some overlap but it is not guaranteed. You could also try to modify the times after booking.
To be honest Patsy, I suggest one person pay for all four of you and then you all pay them back. This person can now book the three initial Lightning Lane return times. If you are all linked on your
Family & Friends List then know that all decisions after this can be handled separately or as a group. Once you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park and use one of the multi pass experiences, another can be booked immediately. At this time, you can all book at the same time and enjoy things without worrying about the timing of different return windows.
I was surprised recently during my trip to Magic Kingdom Park to find my new favorite snack at
Gaston's Tavern. The
Ham and Gruyère Tart and the Crème Brûlée Croissant were the perfect pairing for a mid-afternoon snack. I loved sitting in the tavern and counting all of the horned decorations. (I don't know how many there were but there were a ton.)
I hope this was helpful and you have a lovely time!
Happy Planning!
