Hi, there!
Welcome back to planDisney, Yinalys. We just love when you stop by with your planning questions! It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is down to a single-digit countdown now. That's super exciting!
As a mom of three, I know that traveling with a
little one requires a little extra planning. It's really smart of you to be thinking ahead of time about how to get your family safely from one place to the next during your stay! I see that you already chatted a bit with panelist Jane about using a ride-share service to travel to your early-morning breakfast reservation at
Boma - Flavors of Africa. This is a convenient and easy solution! I recommend using Uber because they
do offer car seats. You will need to request one at the time you request a ride, but it's pretty easy to do. Simply request UberX Car Seat (also known as Uber Family) and add the details of your request. It's important to note that for ticketing purposes, the Walt Disney World Resort classifies any child under the age of 3 as an "infant." That's hard for me to remember because when I hear the word "infant," I think of that as meaning under the age of 1. This is all to say that if your little one is less than 2-years old, an Uber won't be an option because they only offer forward-facing car seats. If that's the case, not to worry! You'll be just fine utilizing
Disney bus transportation to get from Disney's All-Star Music Resort to your reservation at Boma - Flavors of Africa.
Speaking of
Disney's All-Star Music Resort, did you know that you can
request a crib for your stay? It's just one of the many
perks of staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel! If you haven't already requested a crib and you'll need one for your little one, simply call the Reservation Line at (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to add that request to your reservation! When the crib is delivered to your room, it will be delivered along with a fitted crib sheet. I recommend packing anything else your baby may need for pixie-dusted dreaming like a favorite blanket, a beloved lovie, and a sound machine. After all, a well-rested baby makes for a well-rested parent!
I hope this was helpful, Yinalys. I'm wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
