We are a party of 3 adults and 2 children going to The Happily Ever After Dinner in July. Since this is a buffet is there anyone there we need to tip? Also is tip included on the bill at Ohana?

    Hi Patty!

Thank you for your question and you'll soon be dining at a couple of my favorite locations at Walt Disney World. Boarding the monorail to dinner becomes an adventure in itself for my family and will surely become a highlight of your vacation, too. I'm even guilty of trying my hand at the amazing Strawberry Soup from time to time in an attempt to recreate a little 1900 Park Fare at my dinner table. Great choices in dining, Patty!

A tip amount, of course, is a personal decision, however I have observed the Cast Members at buffet dining locations running just as much, if not more, than standard table service restaurants. The consistent replenishing of plates, drinks, and even providing the Character routes within the dining room all provide a tip-worthy experience, in my opinion. The tip will not be included on your 'Ohana bill, as gratuity is automatically added to groups of 6 or more. Tip what you feel comfortable with and have a wonderful time, Patty.

Happy planning and thanks again for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
