Party of 6 (2 adults, 2 bigs, 2 babies). Do we need to park the stroller and carry the littles for a rider swap queue or bring the stroller through until reaching the cast member? Do we have to decide beforehand which big kid will join adult 2 to re-ride?

Welcome back to planDisney, Shannon! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. It sounds like your group is perfectly set up to take advantage of Rider Switch. This handy service makes it super easy for families with little ones to still enjoy the thrills without waiting in line twice.

So, here's how it works: when you're ready to ride, head to the entrance of the attraction as a group and let the Cast Member know you'd like to use Rider Switch. At that point, they'll scan the MagicBands or park tickets for the second group. The first adult and one or both big kids will go through the regular standby or Lightning Lane (depending on what you're using), while the second adult stays back with the babies. There's no special waiting area or queue specifically for Rider Switch; just find a shady spot or a nearby bench outside the attraction and relax while the first riders enjoy the ride.

Since the little ones aren't coming into the line, there's no need to park the stroller during this time. You'll keep it with you until it's time for a ride that the babies can go on, and then you'll park the stroller in a designated stroller parking area.

As for the second rider and which big kid goes back on, you don't need to decide right away! When the second group includes only one person, they can bring a person of their choice with them to ride, and that person does not have to have their own Rider Switch entitlement. You can decide then and there which big kid gets to come back and ride again!

I hope this answers your question, Shannon, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
