    Hi, We have a party of 20 (actually 22 with 2 kids under 3) coming to visit next week. We have tickets and reservations already paid for. One member of the party is not able to attend - what are my options - refund, voucher?? Thanks

    Hi Elizabeth! Welcome to planDisney.

    Oh Boy! The whole gang is coming to Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. There is so much magic during the 18-month celebration for the whole family. Across all four theme parks search for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection. Gather everyone together to marvel at the two new nighttime spectaculars Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT. At Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, KiteTails and A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King are two suggestions perfect for multi-generational groups.

    While Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable, I may have a suggestion for you. If your ticket has not been used, it can be reassigned to someone on your Friends & Family list by logging into "My Disney Experience" either online or with the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Online, click "My Plans" and then select "Park Tickets." With the app, select "Tickets and Passes." Choose the theme park ticket you would like to reassign and then click on the "Reassign Ticket" link. 

    You may also modify the ticket date if completed before midnight Eastern Time before the first park reservation.  With this option, you would be responsible for any differences in price. I have previously explained this process here! This may work if the canceled party member wishes to visit at a later date.

    One last tip! You are visiting during The International Festival of Arts at EPCOT. There are so many activities, entertainment, and culinary delights for the whole family.
