Hi! Me and my partner are going to Walt Disney World this year. It's their first visit and I wanted to make it special with dinner at California Grill. Our booking is after the fireworks. Can we still watch the fireworks from the balcony before?

    Hi Daniel! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh Boy! You are soon flying across the pond to be part of The World's Most Magical Celebration at Walt Disney World Resort. Celebrate throughout all four parks exploring Beacons of Magic. This unique nighttime spectacular brings Disney icons to shimmering EARidescent life. I am guessing from your question, you are a foodie so here is the 50th Anniversary Sip and Bites Guide to specially-themed delights.

I am going on record, your partner is going to be so touched and overwhelmed. I have experienced the dim lights and fireworks show twice at California Grill. Both times, my tough exterior turned to mush and tears flowed! You can absolutely view the new fireworks show Disney Enchantment with a same-day reservation. Simply check in on the second floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort. I am going to highly recommend the 50th-anniversary limited-time menu for a pre-set price. You will get an appetizer, entree, and dessert.

Last a tip for you. You are visiting during The International Festival of the Arts at EPCOT. Do not miss the topiaries while testing feasting on artful culinary delights available from various food studios throughout the park.

Safe travels to you. Stop back by planDisney anytime to ask me any further Walt Disney World Resort questions. I am here to help!

    See You Real Soon,
    Cindy
