Hi my partner and l are staying at animal kingdom for 2 nights before a 7 night cruise on Disney Treasure and then coming back to Disney world for another 2 nights. What would be the best ticket deal. 14 day tickets or 2 x hopper tickets

Welcome, welcome, Clare! I’m so excited for your Disney adventures in March. A visit to the Walt Disney World Resort and a cruise on the Disney Treasure? How can you beat that?!

I will be going on my first Disney Cruise Line cruise in April, and I cannot wait. While I’ll be on the Disney Destiny, I know that these two ships’ layouts are very similar. I think I’m most excited about the Haunted Mansion Parlor, which is on your ship too! We should compare notes and then swap cruise ships in the future! Deal? Deal!

As you may already know, our friends in the U.K. can currently only book 7-day or 14-day theme park tickets before their vacation. Then, when they get to the resort or are in the U.S., they can purchase tickets for a different number of days. That being said, I can give you an idea of what the two sets of theme park tickets with the Park Hopper Option might cost. Currently, the price of a 2-day Park Hopper ticket starting on March 18, 2026, is $438.30 per ticket. Another 2-day Park Hopper ticket starting on March 27, 2026, is currently $445.90 per ticket. In contrast, a 14-day ticket starting on March 18, 2026, for our U.K. friends purchasing ahead of time is currently £609.04 per ticket. So, at this time, it would be slightly cheaper to purchase a U.K. ticket deal ahead of time.

Please note that I may not have your exact dates for when you are planning to be in the parks yet, just that your arrival date is March 18th. It’s also important to note that theme park ticket prices are subject to change, exchange rates can change, and other ticket deals may be announced.

But if your arrival date is truly March 18 and you decide to go with the 14-day ticket deal, your ticket window would likely be until April 4, 2026. So, you could get more bang for your buck and stay a lot longer than just two nights after your cruise. I know it’s Disney logic, but you’d be paying for those extra days, so you might as well take advantage of them if you can!

Clare, I hope your trip is wonderful, and come back soon with any other questions! Until then, I’ll be raising a ghostly toast to your magical adventure. Maybe I’ll see you in the Haunted Mansion Parlor someday!

    Grim grinningly yours,
    Matt
