I am so sorry to hear that you're having problems being able to view the hotel reservation for your Summer trip to
Walt Disney World on your My Disney Experience account. I feel your frustration as there's nothing I like better than opening the My Disney Experience app and being able to check out our Future Plans.
I am assuming that currently nothing is showing under "Future Plans" when you log into your My Disney Experience app? (
You can access the Future Plans section by clicking on the symbol with the 3 dashes at the right, bottom hand corner of the home page and selecting Future Plans.)
Have you tried linking the Resort Reservation directly on your My Disney Experience app rather than you husband attempting to add you as a guest? You can do this by following these steps:-
1/ Click on "Future Plans"
2/ Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Missing a reservation?"
3/ Click on where it says "Link to Account."
4/ Click on "Type ID" and then in the Resort Reservation section, enter the confirmation and last name on the reservation.
5/ Click on "Link Resort"
If after doing this you are still struggling, I would recommend using the "Chat With Us" function which is built into the My Disney Experience app. (
You can access this by clicking on the symbol with the 3 dashes at the right, bottom hand corner of the home page and then scrolling down to "Chat With Us".) I am sure that a Cast member will be able to resolve the problem for you.
