Hello, and a warm welcome back to planDisney, Madison, we thank you
kindly for your loyalty in consulting us for your Disney vacation planning.
As a frequent Disney
Disability Access Service planner in the care of my adult, autistic son, I greatly appreciate the additional, convenient service of the DAS Advance option. My advice to you, Madison, would be to
keep all DAS pre-selections in place, because, to the very best of my knowledge at this time, you cannot make new pre-selections in advance of your theme park visit, therefore, these pre-selected DAS experiences would be cancelled. What I would do in your place, would be to keep all DAS pre-selections intact, and visit
Guest Relations inside your first theme park visit to discuss any modifications with a knowledgeable, and helpful Cast Member. My experiences with Cast Members at
Guest Relations inside any Disney theme park have always
exceeded my greatest expectations.
Madison, may I offer our comprehensive
services for Guests with Disabilities for you to look through to see if there are any other accommodations in alliance with your Disney Resort hotel stay to make your stay the most comfortable it can be.
Please take a closer look at your
My Disney Experience App to familiarize yourself with using the DAS Service on the app, as well as using the
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ service to further enhance your theme park attractions and experiences. These services can be used alongside the DAS Service, rest assured.
Madison, I hope you have time to visit our unique area of Disney Springs to enjoy abundant shopping venues, unique dining, and our newest entertainment
Drawn to Life - Cirque du Soleil® a creative collaboration between the epic memory-makers of Cirque du Soleil® and Disney!
I hope this information is helpful to you, Madison, and I look forward to being of any further assistance again soon!
Best Disney Wishes ~ Jacqueline
